The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1. Sponsor
The Tile Redi Customer Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tile Redi Sales, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Tile Redi”). Tile Redi may be contacted at 1500 W Hively Ave., Elkhart, IN 46517.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and promotional partners, as well as their immediate family members and members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Tile Redi’s computer (or that of its designee) is the official time keeping device for all entries into the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Both methods are free, and no purchase is required.
Method 1: Complete the Tile Redi Customer Survey
Complete and submit the Tile Redi Customer Survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BJNK3QF during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entrants must provide a valid email address at the beginning of the survey so they can be contacted if selected as a potential winner. Each qualifying and complete survey submission received by Tile Redi with the required contact information during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes one (1) entry.
Method 2: Enter Without Completing the Survey
To enter without completing the survey, send an email to marketing@tileredi.com during the Sweepstakes Period with the subject line “Tile Redi Survey Sweepstakes Entry”.
Include your full name and a valid email address where you can be contacted if selected as a potential winner. The email must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
No survey completion or previous Tile Redi purchase is required to enter by this method.
Entry Limits and Equal Treatment
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method used. Entering through both methods does not provide an additional entry.
All eligible entries will be included in the same random drawing and have an equal chance of winning.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Tile Redi. Entries generated through automated means or submitted fraudulently may be disqualified by Tile Redi in its sole discretion.
5. Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $250 digital or physical Visa prepaid gift card (each, a “Prize”). The specifics of the Prizes shall be solely determined by Tile Redi.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $250.00. The total ARV of all Prizes is $1,250.00.
Each Prize may be used at participating merchants that accept the applicable Visa prepaid card, subject to the card issuer's terms, restrictions, fees, and expiration provisions, if any.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-negotiable, and are not redeemable for cash through Sponsor. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Tile Redi or for which Tile Redi shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Tile Redi on or about October 26, 2026, following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will include all eligible entries received through either entry method.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry.
Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification to claim the Prize.
If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected at random.
Sponsor may require documentation to verify eligibility or may require a liability release where legally permissible and reasonably necessary. Any required documentation and submission deadlines will be communicated to the potential winner.
Once eligibility has been confirmed and all applicable requirements have been satisfied, Prizes will be delivered electronically or via mail (as applicable) within four (4) weeks.
8. Taxes
Winners are solely and fully responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, assessments, expenses, costs or fees associated with receiving or using their Prizes, as well as any expenses not expressly included in the Prize description.
9. Privacy and Use of Survey Information
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver Prizes.
Survey responses will be used by Tile Redi for internal research to better understand customer needs, evaluate customer experiences, and identify opportunities to improve its products and services.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not automatically enroll entrants in marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Tile Redi's Privacy Policy, available at https://tileredi.com/policies/privacy-policy.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to submit multiple entries, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, agents, and promotional partners shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or incorrectly submitted entries; technical failures; interruptions in communication; or other circumstances outside their reasonable control affecting participation.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates and promotional partners from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a Prize, except where such releases are prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Indiana, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Winners List
To request the names of the Sweepstakes winners, send an email to marketing@tileredi.com with the subject line “Tile Redi Customer Survey Sweepstakes Winners.”
Requests must be received within ninety (90) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winners list will be made available after winners have been confirmed and prizes awarded, subject to applicable privacy laws.
14. Third-Party Disclaimer
Visa is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Sweepstakes. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Visa.
